Gorgeous and clean small hotel. Silent and neat room with a good size bathroom and luggage storage, a chair, and a mini-fridge. Efficient check-in and excellent service. Everything perfect. Beautiful area, very central location very close to the bus stations and the train stations and restaurants and amenities.

The king room is cozy and you can't hear a peep from outside. The staff are super friendly and the food here is top-notch! 🌟

The attention of the staff and their good disposition. I emphasize that they understand and speak Spanish (which is difficult to find in Italy). It is very close to Venice's train station, from which the hotel can be reached comfortably by walking a few minutes. You must cross the Alle Guglie bridge which has a ramp, which makes it much easier to pack. The area is full of shops, restaurants, there is a supermarket nearby. The breakfast is very complete. Tea and coffee are available in the room. The area is located at the opposite end of the Grand Canal (considered opposite to St. Mark's Square and Basilica). You can walk there, it is full of shops and services and it is very nice to do it and meanwhile you can appreciate the architecture of the city and its little streets. You can also get to San Marcos or La Fenice theatre or wherever you want on the vaporetto which has several strategic stops that no tourist should miss. There is a stop of the vaporetto very close to the accommodation.

accommodation and breakfast room (which is in the next building) are accessed by stairs. spaces are small (both the room and breakfast room) but very pleasant.

This place is a great spot for sightseeing in the city, and it provides a comfortable base for exploring the area. We appreciated the mini-fridge-bar, heating, and satellite TV, which added a nice touch to our stay. Additionally, the free Wi-Fi was an added bonus.

Hotel staff is very nice. He help us everything, such as recommend good place tourist must visit, good local restaurant, and how to go to the airport. Room is fantastic. Location is very close to train station. Everything is so good, we strongly recommend this hotel.

Only one thing we did not like, this hotel has no elevator and we stay on the highest floor.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we enjoyed the quick and accommodating staff, the clean and elegant design of the hotel, and the flawless housekeeping service. The location was excellent, with easy access to transportation and nearby cafes and restaurants.

We have best time in Venice. Hotel is on best location, near station, 10 minutes to Realto and 20 minutes to St. Marco. It`s a very romantic style of room. The Breakfest was good, stuff in hotel was very nice and helpfull for all information about Venice.
